Kindermusik

This morning was Caleb's last Kindermusik class that he has been in since he was 9 months old. The class was at First Baptist Chattanooga. He grew to love his teacher Ms. Janice. When we first started the class he didn't want anything to do with her or anyone else really. Now he loves it when Ms. Janice notices him and when he thinks she is "chasing" him around in the circle. Once he got to walking so good I rarely could hold him to do the activities. He just wanted to run around and do his own thing. He loves music and loves to dance to the music.
It was sad in a way for us to leave this class. For one Ms. Janice is leaving First Baptist so if we do Kindermusik again it can't be with her. Second, he will be moving up to the older class if we do sign up again in the fall.
Here are some pictures that show what Caleb loved about Kindermusik. Walking around in the big circle with Ms. Janice

He loves the scarf over his head

So happy!

"Beat the drum...beating the drum is lots of fun..rum tum tum"
(This is a song we sing)

Very cute! I remember when Maggie moved up from the baby class to the one that starts at 18 months. that class seemed SO much older ... it was hard for me to get used to (Maggie, on the other hand, was fine). I think KM is a wonderful activity for moms and babies!

Great pics! Ms. Janice is so great with the kids, isn't she? That's great that Caleb enjoys it so much. I love the scarf pics!
The infant class was my favorite between it and the toddler class. I've thought about re-enrolling Rebekah now that she is older, but we'd have to drop TLG.
